Responsible for:Please Select a Job Position
● Plan, prepare, set up and perform shows
● To ensure that expenses of performances are within budget.
● Coordinate with the stage crews and oversee all rehearsals
● Maintain a good relationship with performers & other staff
● Coordinate with the business manager to encourage guests to spend for performers (tips)
● To understand and be updated of the needs of the audiences.
● To provide additional support as required by management
● Overseeing the activities of outlet’s staff
● To possess excellent knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
● Expediting customers' orders as needed
● Actively ask customers about food quality and service
● Maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and vendors
● Monitoring inventory and ensuring that supplies and other outlet essentials are
adequately stocked.
● Assist in setting of table & taking of food orders
● Assist to operate Point of Sales (POS) systems when managing orders
● To maintain an exemplary level of personal grooming in keeping with the company's image
